2011 Rate Schedule and Policies
Policies
- All cabins have a stove, refrigerator, heat, and bathroom with shower.
- All bedding, cooking and eating utensils are furnished.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.
- Deposit requirement...2 Nights Base Rate.
- Deposit refundable only on 65 days advance notice of cancellation. NO REFUND on deposits for June 15 – Labor Day, or made or cancelled less than 65 days in advance of arrival for any reason.
- You WILL BE CHARGED for your entire reservation in the event you decide to leave early, so please make sure of your dates.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying a cabin or space.
- We would prefer you left your pets at home, but if you do bring them you must clean up after them and keep them quiet at all times.
